When full - We are often asked for advice on where to stay, we strongly suggest on booking accommodation that have an accreditation with Visit Britain or AA - these providers have been independantly inspected and awarded accordingly.

Visit Britain Standard - AA Standards

We would advise that Quality and Standards vary greatly amongst guest accommodation providers that do not have an AA or Visit Britain accreditation, as being part of the Whitley Bay Hoteliers association or having a North Tyneside Council award (now obsolete) does not unfortunately guarantee any kind of Quality or Standard.
